Role Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs;
• Obtain quotes from newly source suppliers to provide costing and cost reduction;
• Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/service;
• Develop and negotiate favorably supply agreement with suppliers;
• Work with Engineering/Unit Sales to analysis Sales Contract’s scope of supply and provided Sales Contract BOM Cost to Management;
• Support in providing Project Costing;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer/HVAC in or equivalent;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin as to liaise with relevant Mandarin speaking counterparts;
• Excellent organization problem solving and negotiation skills.

• Planning and scheduling work activities, taking into account the availability of resources and deadlines
• Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicating issues to management regarding any problems with vehicles or processes that may affect productivity
• Assisting in the development of new methods to improve efficiency or reduce costs
• Analyzing data to identify problems or trends that may require corrective action
• Conducting feasibility studies to determine whether new products or services are commercially viable
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of business processes and projects
• Maintaining records of operational activities such as sales, inventory levels, staffing levels, or shipping activity
• Developing operational budgets based on projected sales volume or costs such as labor and material costs
• Shifting of buses for activities such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance or Bus Washing/ Cleaning, and
• Re-positioning of buses in he correct sequence for areas with block parking to ensure despatching process is not affected, including the support of “Find My Bus” system.
• Ensure we must hit above 98.5% Cleanliness level during MAR Audit by LTA
• Ensure all Buses are washed and wiped so that they are in line with cleanliness standards that is expected by Singapore's Transportation Authority (LTA)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Evaluate and deploy emerging AI AEC tools

• Process Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM Models data for productivity gain.

• Create automated reporting dashboards (Tableau) that integrate BIM data with AI insights for executive decision-making.

• Apply BI and AI models to project data to gain productivity in delivery of BIM projects.

• Use AI-based automated rule checking to verify model data with project BIM specifications.

• Develop and maintain 4D master program tracking (linking BIM to time)

Job Requirements

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in BIM field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

• Familiar and well-versed in BIM Tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Tableau, AI Tools (e.g. Claude)

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Technical Leadership

• Provide engineering expertise in design, development, and validation of processes or systems.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead engineers and contractors, ensuring clear communication of project goals.

• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Quality & Safety Assurance

• Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive value engineering initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for innovation in processes and technology.
