Applied Materials is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Technical Engineering (NAND) to lead technology engagement, process engineering excellence, and customer collaboration for advanced NAND memory solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for NAND technologies. Drive development and optimization of process solutions across etch, deposition, patterning, and integration.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in semiconductor industry with strong focus on NAND memory.
• Experience in process integration or module engineering (etch, deposition, CMP, or patterning).
• Proven years of experiences in leading and mentoring a highly-performing and technical engineering teams.
• Proven track record supporting high-volume manufacturing and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with leading NAND manufacturers is highly preferred.

You will be part of an IT infrastructure Support Team managing mission critical high-tech biometrics devices at critical locations of significant national interest. You will be trained to manage, troubleshoot and maintain the operational availability of these devices and to remedy faults to prevent operational down-time.

As a IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following -

• Support the project teams in the implementation, installation and configuration of PCs/Workstations O.S., applications and related peripheral devices.

• Provide 1st level on-site IT support to the end-users on 24x7 rotational shift, from 10 am to 10 pm/ 10 pm to 10 am, including Public Holidays.

• Provide findings and timely status update to the Project Manager on major issues escalated by users.

• Perform daily health check and inventory check on system.
