As the founding technical pillar of this 0-to-1 project, you will take complete ownership of the AMR mobile base system—from concept and prototype to large-scale commercial deployment. You will serve as the core technical hub connecting high-level navigation software, low-level hardware chassis, electrical design, sensor integration, and cross-team coordination with our existing drone division. As the product matures and scales, you will naturally transition into building and leading the future robotics team.

 Responsibilities:

●       Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Take complete charge of the AMR mobile base system, driving it from Proof of Concept (POC) and prototype development to large-scale deployment in complex indoor retail warehouse environments.

Requirements:

●       Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

●       Core Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics system development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AMR or AGV development. Proven track record of successfully deploying multiple robotic systems in commercial or industrial settings.

• Conduct product training
  Deliver training sessions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective product understanding and adoption.
• Perform installation and configuration
  Independently execute product installations and configurations based on technical documentation and best practices.
• Continuous upskilling and certification
  Stay current with relevant technologies by obtaining technical certifications and continuously enhancing product knowledge.
• Develop subject matter expertise
  Build deep technical expertise over time and support knowledge transfer to internal teams, enabling stronger customer support capabilities.
• Provide technical support to business teams
  Assist sales and support teams with technical input, including product clarifications, solution design considerations, tender compliance, and ad-hoc technical queries.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities
  Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Information Security, or Cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise IT infrastructure, including:
  Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Privileged Access Management, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Security, CyberArk Conjur
• Solid troubleshooting skills across networking and system environments, including:
  Routing, NAT, VLAN, Multicast, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Active Directory (AD), LDAP, RADIUS, SNMP, Syslog, SMTP, TLS, SSH
• Strong interest in cybersecurity trends, threat landscape, and hacking techniques
• Relevant industry certifications are highly preferred, such as:
  Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE/CCSM, Thales, CyberArk CDE, Trellix, ArcSight ESM/Logger, ITOM, SailPoint, CISSP, CREST, OSCP
