OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Sales Manager – Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue through proactive sales efforts, account management and market development.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role focuses on identifying and securing business across key segments including corporate, leisure and travel trade. We are seeking an experienced, highly committed, and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and controlling all construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards.

The Construction Manager will lead project teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitor project progress, enforce safety regulations, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. Budget and Cost Control

Stakeholder Coordination

The Manager/Senior Manager in the Corporate Planning Office within SkillsFuture Singapore’s Strategic Planning Division is an individual contributor role focused on strategizing and planning corporate strategies that align with the whole-of-agency direction. This position involves conceptualizing, tracking, and reporting corporate KPIs to ensure long-term targets remain on track, driving collaboration with Workforce Singapore (WSG), and overseeing the SSG Board portfolio. The incumbent will also perform secretariat duties for key meeting platforms, requiring a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of engaging stakeholders and synthesizing complex information.

The Senior Manager level will be expected to handle work of greater complexity and manage additional projects.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, Certified Piping Engineer (CPE) or other related equivalent certification.
• 5 years+ of experience in piping engineering, design, or project execution.
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, power plants, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Preferred candidates with a background in Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, or Industrial Facilities.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Plant 3D, Caesar II (pipe stress analysis), and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, pipe stress, and thermal expansion analysis.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, API, ANSI, NFPA, and other industry standards.
• Experience with welding processes, material selection, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
