Your Key Responsibilities

• Build the cargo book within the Pacific region (spot and forward) and secure tonnage to cover positions.

• Lead and manage daily finance operations, including payables, receivables, billing functions, reconciliations, and financial closing activities.

• Familiarity with enterprise financial consolidation tools (Hyperion/Infor M3 or similar tools) used for group-level reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development and sales of South Asian dried and packaged food products to regional and overseas customers to increase export revenue
• Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and competitive advantages to customers, enhancing sales conversion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, responding to trade enquiries, and generating leads to expand market reach
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximise sales volume and encourage repeat business

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects for the P2P workstream.
• Apply strong functional knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and invoicing processes to align with client requirements.
• Manage project workstreams independently, taking on roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support.
