This position reports directly to the Senior General Manager and works closely with headquarters in Japan to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.

Human Resources (approx. 50%)

• Perform service request related to client platforms
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
