• In charge of all Used vehicle and Leasing fleet for the company

• In charge of the vehicle movement and parking

Job Summary

Join as a Facilities Technician to maintain and troubleshoot building systems, supervise contractors, manage projects, and champion safety to ensure efficient, safe, and future-ready facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building works to ensure operational reliability
• Perform routine inspections, emergency repairs, and support daily facility operations to minimize downtime
• Supervise contractors to enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance on site
• Manage rectification, capital expenditure (capex), and project works by coordinating tasks and reporting progress to management promptly
• Lead safety initiatives by conducting inspections, organizing fire drills, and overseeing system renewals to uphold workplace safety standards
• Support additional facility maintenance tasks to enhance future readiness and sustainability of operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Fire Safety Manager certification
• NITEC / Higher NITEC or certifications in building services engineering or related fields
• Willingness to work a 5.5-day week including half-day Saturdays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar technical role demonstrating hands-on expertise
• Strong technical skills in maintaining and repairing of HCMV, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to collaborate effectively as a team player and contribute forward-thinking solutions

Other Information

• Responsibilities:
• To conduct service on Machinery, Sensors, Instruments, as well as any required service call.
• To troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenances on Machinery, Sensors, Instruments.
• To involve Testing & Commissioning on New Installed Production Plant.
• To Maintain Proper Equipment Operation, Service Reports, Preventive Maintenance records and other system-related documentation.
• To assist with Engineering drawings and documents when in office.

• Requirements:
• Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.

Job Description

The job involves the supervision of large civil and infrastructure projects such as the Cross Island Line and supervision of production for precast elements for super structures in HDB projects.

We have openings for the position of Resident Technical Officer, RTO, for both Station and Bored Tunnel Works.

For RTO Tunnel, the candidate shall have minimum eight (8) years of relevant experiencein projects similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contracts. For RTO Station, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supervision deep excavation/basement works.

Shift Works are required.

MRT Project experience will be an advantage.

All RTO shall have a diploma in the civil discipline or equivalent and be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.

The RTO (Tunnel) shall also be accredited as Resident
