• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred

• Experience in Western or European cuisine is an advantage

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and food presentation

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts when required

• Team player with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
