• Dispense medication following clinic protocols to ensure patient safety
• Take patient parameters (e.g., vital signs) to support clinical assessments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic to provide a safe and welcoming environment
• Use basic computer skills to perform data entry and appointment scheduling efficiently
• Communicate clearly and coordinate with patients and team members to enhance service delivery
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team to meet clinic objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or outpatient healthcare setting
• Knowledge of billing processes involving CHAS subsidies and Medisave

Working hours:

• Every Saturday and Sunday
• Saturday 8am to 3pm
• Sunday 10am to 2pm

• Supervise and oversee M&E installation works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Review and follow up on drawings and as-built drawings for site implementation
• Assist in checking material quantities and ensure proper usage on-site
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of materials for ongoing works
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth work progress
• Resolve site issues, discrepancies, and technical problems promptly
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule
• Plan, organize, and control site activities to meet project timelines
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to project engineers/managers
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure productivity and workmanship quality

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery. This role involves reviewing system designs, supervising installations, and managing communication with stakeholders. Strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for ensuring project quality and compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and address project requirements.
• Attend site meetings as required, professionally representing the company and providing technical insights.
• Ensure timely submission of personal timesheets, expense reports, project tracker updates, and other required documentation on a weekly basis.
• Review system designs before installation, identifying and addressing technical, functional, or compatibility issues while ensuring compliance with client standards.
• Supervise and manage installation teams, including internal technicians and local service partners, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager, supporting efficient resource planning and project execution.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• 3 year’s industry experience working n ELV Systems (security and communication) installations, servicing, or design.
• Proven organizational and security system trouble shooting skills.
• Practical aptitude and ability to work independently, prioritize work schedule and make own decisions.
• Logical worker, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ability to prioritize well.
• High quality of work and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Commercial awareness.
• IT literacy, preferably in MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrable knowledge of IP technology and basic understanding of networking (e.g. Cisco, TCP/IP, routing, switching )

• Class 4 Singapore driving license with 24 feet lorry experience
• Familiar with Singapore route
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Carrying of heavy goods is needed
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary
