Volunteer Management Executive / Assistant Manager

• Assist in managing B2G-initiated projects by coordinating communication & project activities across regions

Responsibilities

Accounting

• Manage the full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Process accounts payable and receivable to maintain cash flow and vendor relations
• Reconcile general ledger and bank statements monthly to verify financial accuracy
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports to inform business decisions
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and staff claims to maintain timely financial transactions
• Prepare GST submissions and assist with audit and year-end closing to ensure regulatory compliance
