• Process payroll for Motoserv staff, including attendance, overtime, and commission calculations using Adaptive Pay system
• Generate payslips and ensure timely submission of CPF contributions for Motoserv employees
• Administer payroll and CPF processing for K-tech Auto Academy staff, maintaining accuracy and compliance
• May assist for keying in double entry for Motoserv outlet in Moneyworks system
• Support accounts team with basic admin tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in HR or administrative roles supporting recruitment, payroll or employee relations
• Familiarity with payroll systems, with Adaptive Pay experience considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow up on HR tasks independently
• Comfortable coordinating and communicating effectively with multiple outlet teams
