Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Review and supervise the work of junior accountants, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality output.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth audit and compliance processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including GST and corporate tax filings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent is preferred.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Big 4 audit background followed by commercial experience.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring a small team is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore financial reporting standards.
• Experience handling audits, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
