About THK Therapy Services (TS)

THK Therapy Services (TS) provides Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physiotherapy to THKMC programmes and other community partners. We adopt a holistic, family-centred care approach by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.

As part of a therapy hub, our therapists work with a wide range of client profiles and are deployed across different services based on organisational needs.

About the Role

We are seeking Speech and Language Therapists (Adults) to join our allied health team. You will be supporting adults with communication, swallowing, and feeding needs in THK's disability homes, day activity centres, and home-based therapy services, among other community-based initiatives.

Therapists may be deployed across various adult-focused programmes depending on service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide speech and language therapy interventions for adult clients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs), working collaboratively with caregivers, nursing, and other allied health professionals.
• Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings, including home visits when required.
• Provide caregiver and staff education to support clients' communication and swallowing needs in daily care routines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to contribute to holistic care planning for adult clients.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fresh graduates with suitable clinical experience in adult populations are welcome to apply.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in adult speech therapy is an advantage.

About theRole

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing and Graphic Design Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, developing engaging content, and maintaining our brand presence across all channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a passion for marketing and design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse social trends to support campaign decisions
• Plan, develop, and execute content strategies and content calendars
• Design engaging content and visual assets for all communication channels
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity
• Support marketing campaigns by creating promotional materials
• Maintain organised design asset files and ensure consistent design standards

Qualifications& Working Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or digital design
• Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and brand management is a plus

Working Hours

• Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
