Overall Purpose:

To support the EAL department in our mission: to support students socially, emotionally and academically to help them to achieve their potential as learners and to participate fully in school life.

Specific Responsibilities:

● To provide support and interventions for children, individually or in small groups, as directed by the EAL Coordinator.

● To plan a programme of support with the guidance of the EAL coordinator to agreed deadlines and in agreed formats.

● To regularly liaise with Head of Grades, Head of Faculties, Head of Departments, teaching staff and Homeroom teachers regarding the support and interventions provided.

● To help with differentiating lesson content and instruction, as well as the scaffolding of tasks

● To liaise with and facilitate staff training to promote capacity of technical and academic language and current EAL trends .

● Add relevant observations and strategies used to the individual EAL learner profiles in the EAL registry

● Feed knowledge of EAL learners’ understanding of key concepts into the teacher’s assessment and planning where appropriate

● To develop and maintain a good home-school partnership with the guidance of the EAL coordinator; to consult with and inform parents of the progress, attainment and attitudes of pupils.

General Responsibilities:

● To assist teachers with the well-being and safety of High School students.

● Any other non-teaching duties that may be assigned by the Senior School Principal or teachers

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Screening and Client Relationship Executive. This hybrid role combines operational excellence in health screening services with high-touch client relationship management under our concierge offering. You will be the front-facing representative of the organisation, delivering a seamless and premium experience to both corporate clients and individuals.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health screening department and managing client relationships, including but not limited to the following:-

1.      Health Screening Operations

• Oversee and manage daily health screening operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and on-site arrangements
• Ensure service quality, turnaround time, and patient satisfaction standards are met
• Handle operational issues and perform on-the-spot problem solving

2.      Client Engagement & Management

• Deliver personalised, high-touch service to clients
• Ensure discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive service
• Provide professional consultation on health screening packages
• Build rapport with clients to enhance trust and long-term engagement
• Act as a dedicated point of contact for enquiries, coordination, and follow-ups

3.      Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments (doctors, nurses, operations, finance) to ensure seamless care delivery

4.      Concierge Support

• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and email
• Handle appointment scheduling, referrals, and service coordination

• Assist in manpower coordination and service planning for concierge clients

• Must able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking patients and clients.

• Familiarity with healthcare services, insurance, and medical terminology is a plus

• Picking and packing customer orders for despatch and / or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value added services on customer ordered goods
• Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Ensure any manual lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the organization
• Any ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• N-Level or O-Level preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak simple English
• Minimum PC Skills are required
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Positive, can do attitude
• Good numeracy skills and a keen eye for accuracy and details
• Ability to plan and organize work
• Flexible approach to duties and tasks assigned
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and impact of failure / cost of poor quality
• An understanding of health and safety requirements
• Experience in other warehouse environment preferred although training will still be provided
