About the role

This is a specialist technical role focused on advanced building performance simulation, energy modelling, decarbonisation strategy support, and quality assurance for high-performance building and infrastructure projects. The role is intended to strengthen local modelling capability, provide responsive support to project teams and clients, and bridge delivery between Singapore and the broader regional/GDC team.  

Position purpose 

Lead the development and execution of robust building energy models and related building performance simulations to support sustainable design, Green Mark / LEED / other certification pathways, decarbonization studies, and high-performance building outcomes.  

Key responsibilities 

• Lead whole-building energy modelling for design-stage and compliance-stage studies across complex building types and major projects. 

• Develop, review, and optimize energy models to support sustainability targets, decarbonization pathways, high-performance design, and authority/certification submissions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Director to lead site delivery on major projects in Singapore, providing technical oversight, contractor governance, and client-facing leadership. This is a critical role within our Building Services business, responsible for ensuring quality, programme certainty, and successful construction delivery.
