Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with company and customer requirements
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies
• Review and approve inspection reports, route cards, and quality records
• Handle non-conformance (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Perform root cause analysis and support improvement initiatives
• Support customer audits, internal audits, and supplier audits
• Liaise with production, engineering, and suppliers on quality issues
• Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality standards and drawings

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and inspection tools (e.g. vernier, micrometer, CMM is an advantage)
• Familiar with quality systems such as ISO 9001 / AS9100 (advantage)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Advantage)

• Experience in aerospace / precision engineering environment
• Knowledge of NDT, FAI, PPAP, or customer-specific requirements
• Audit experience (internal or external)

Project Planning & Coordination

o Develop and maintain the office relocation project plan and schedule.

o Coordinate relocation activities across departments and stakeholders.

o Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

o Track relocation budgets and expenditures.

Vendor & Contractor Management

o Source, evaluate, and coordinate moving companies and service providers.

o Liaise with contractors, furniture suppliers, and facility vendors.

o Coordinate installation schedules for office furniture and equipment.

o Ensure vendors comply with site access and safety requirements.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

o Communicate relocation schedules, procedures, and updates to employees.

o Coordinate employee move instructions and packing requirements.

o Notify relevant external stakeholders of address changes.

Move Execution

o Supervise move-day activities and vendor performance.

o Ensure assets are packed, transported, and delivered safely.

Post-Move Support

o Conduct post-move inspections and asset verification.

o Coordinate resolution of outstanding facility or operational issues.

o Support employee onboarding into the new workspace.

o Prepare post-project reports and lessons learned documentation. Provide administrative support to the

HR department, including preparation of HR documents, coordination of meetings, and handling general HR enquiries.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring all employee information and documentation are accurate and kept confidential.

Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking.

Coordinate training sessions, staff activities, and other HR-related events.

Job Description

• Establish BIM Project Delivery for BIM Services such as BIM Implementation, BIM Consultation, and BIM Training. This would include BIM requirements, process, and workflow.
• Lead and manage the BIM Team to adopt BIM tools or other technologies in BIM Implementation Projects.
• Ongoing review of BIM Project Models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project BIM Execution Plan, meet project team consultants/ client/ authority to finalize project BIM Executive Plan, monitor the progress of project’s BIM program.
• Research, and promote BIM-related advanced technology towards integrated practice.
• Build up and develop the technical team for the company.
• Well-versed in new technologies. (VR/AR, Cloud, Web-based communication, construction management platform, etc.)

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Modelling Training Certification) or Tier 2 DDM (Digital Delivery Management) accredited by Building Smart Singapore.
• At least four (4) years of engineering experience in BIM-based construction, design, drafting, coordination, drawing production, and submission to the local authority.
• Experience in large to mega large public projects, building and infrastructure projects in various regions e.g., Asia, Middle East, etc.
• Certification in BIM Management from BCA is preferred.
