Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Carry out troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical/diesel defects.
• Perform joint inspection and acceptance with ship representative
• Hands on work in rectification of defects and maintenance of mechanical components

Job Summary

The Commissioning Technician is responsible for installing, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems to ensure they operate safely and in accordance with project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical and mechanical systems and equipment following project specifications and safety standards
• Perform functional tests, inspections, and performance checks according to technical drawings and specifications
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults during testing and commissioning to ensure system reliability
• Assist engineers with system start-up and site acceptance tests to verify operational readiness
• Prepare accurate test records, commissioning reports, and handover documents for project documentation
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with safety regulations and project requirements
