Responsibilities

• Report project progress regularly to the Managing Director to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
• Manage assigned projects by coordinating tasks and resources to meet project goals and deadlines
• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and provide timely profit and attendance updates to the Director
• Evaluate shortlisted vendors, subcontractors, and specialists by analyzing comparisons and recommending options for final approval by the Managing Director
• Execute contract and customer management activities to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure all project work complies with specifications, codes, standards, and regulations to maintain quality and safety
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and present proposals to the Managing Director before consultant submission
• Lead and supervise team members to deliver daily tasks aligned with project requirements and quality standards
• Monitor project milestones and progress, taking corrective actions to meet critical deadlines
• Manage and submit variation costs, ensuring approval before awarding work or processing claims from subcontractors and vendors

The Construction Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules. The supervisor coordinates with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site • Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements • Monitor and control overtime to ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules • Coordinate with the Procurement Department to arrange materials for the handover to the Operations team • Verify materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications • Attend all site meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager accordingly • Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers • Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site safety plans, and company policies • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met • Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and delays • Maintain site records, including daily work reports, manpower records, and material usage • Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities when required
Ensure proper housekeeping and orderly site conditions at all times

1. Tender and Site Walks

2. Participate in tender site walks to assess project requirements and constraints.

3. Lead site surveys to gather accurate data for project planning and estimation.

4. Prepare tender overview and checklist

5. Prepare vendor status checklist

6.Raise queries (RFI & RFC) for any information and clarification. 

7.Knowledge to understand technical documents such as drawings and write-up to meet client requirement. 

8.Generate isometric drawings and sketch layouts for contractors to prepare quotations.
