Part Time Rider :

1) Monday to Friday(11.30am to 7pm) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $80.00 per day for two waves of collection and delivery runs

2) Saturday (12.30pm to 6pm) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $100.00 per day for one waves of collection and delivery runs

3) Sunday and Public Holiday (12pm onwards, OTOT) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $100.00 per day for one wave of collection and delivery run.

Additional incentives for commitment - $20.00 per day, for completion of full week without fail. These additional incentives will not apply for any lapses in any working day of the week. It is not considered a lapse if there is a Public Holiday within the week,

Responsibilities :

• Act as key interface between Global Automation & Integrated Services (GAIS) technical team and design firms on design actions and technical standards
• Support new facility design and validation for AIS systems (DCS, PLC / Delta V Systems).
• Lead activities such as URS review to ensure all design consideration and technical requirement for integration are incorporated into the design.
• Lead activities such as drafting and/or review design and commissioning documents (FS、FAT/SAT、IQ/OQ protocols etc) to ensure requirements are in place and validated.
• Involve & in key system FATs and ensure the integration design and successfully tested.
• Lead & coordinate the AIS discipline activities on site installation, commissioning and qualifications as per project plan and timeline. This includes management of System Integrators (SIs) and other system suppliers.
• Lead/explore initiatives on new technology applications to projects to boost productivity and compliance.
• Act Acts as project lead leading a team post project to support routine manufacturing activities for both clinical and commercial Drug Substance (DS) & Drug Product (DP) processes with focus on performance improvement for AIS systems.
• Act as SME to support external and internal audits and follow up audit actions related to AIS discipline.
• Initiate continuous improvement activities and implementing change control process to continuously improve the process and meet the customer and regulatory requirements.
• Leading/Supporting other overseas AIS projects as needed for WuXi Biologics.

Requirement :

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, General Engineering, Biochemistry, Automation, or Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Min 10 years of relevant experiences in the pharmaceutical or biologics industry.
• Hands-on experience with biologics drug manufacturing processes and familiarity with key VPE equipment in drug substance or drug product facilities.
• Proficiency with at least one major PLC brand and strong understanding of integration strategies, including deployment experience aligned with GAMP5 validation principles.
• Solid knowledge of DCS systems and concepts, with practical experience in at least one major DCS platform (e.g., DeltaV).

As a Engineer in Product Design within our Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division (DSS), you will drive the successful development of new product projects from concept through to market introduction. You will research and develop innovative designs, lead design and development activities, and support products through their lifecycle with a focus on meeting customer requirements and improving manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop inspection plan and schedule for piping & static equipment in collaboration with Operations & Maintenance department
• Conduct planned inspections & NDE of pressure vessel, storage tanks, piping and relief valve to assess equipment condition and identify internal/ external corrosion or defects
• Recommend repairs or inspection frequency and monitor operational reliability to prevent any failure/leakage and achieve mechanical integrity in line with ASME PCC and other relevant codes
• Coordinate with NDT contractors on job scope needed to support inspection work requirements
• Record inspection findings and prepare detailed reports inside inspection data management system
• Coordinate with authorized examiner to schedule statutory inspections of equipment as well as ensure all necessary documentation and records are prepared and available for the examiner and verify that all inspection activities comply with relevant statutory requirement and standards
• Investigate, analyze and determine root-cause of any failure or inherent defect in equipment/piping to make recommendations for alleviating the condition or solving the problem
• Responsible as the unit inspector for assigned unit and when necessary, assist or work in any other process units, Utility or Offsite areas

• Degree in Mechanical or Materials Science Engineering
• At least 4 years' relevant experience in inspection of fixed equipment, failure analysis of material preferably in the oil refinery/petrochemical or related industries.
• Possess at least API certifications 510 and 570 with preferably API 653 and AWS/CWI or equivalent, or NDE ASNT or PCN level 2 certifications.

• Competence in Risk Based Inspection
• Familiar with relevant codes for Flanged connections (in terms of gaskets, bolting torques)

Role Overview

Your primary focus is to develop and execute an efficient maintenance plan that minimizes downtime through routine preventive tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and sensor calibrationand the swift diagnosis of electrical, mechanical, or software faults. Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance including component inspection, cleaning, and lubrication to ensure equipment longevity.

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues within AGV systems to minimize downtime.

• Monitor AGV performance and oversee system operations to maintain safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment.

• Collaborate with production teams to optimize vehicle routes and improve overall workflow efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, system performance metrics, and incident reports.

Requirement :

• Diploma /Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a focus on automation.

• Prior experience with warehouse AHU/HVAC systems is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of industrial freezer operations and maintenance is an advantage.
