Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, put-away, picking and shipping operation, Un-stuffing and stuffing of container operation
• Timely and accurate update of warehouse management system to transactions
• Coordinate in Process RA (goods return from customers), RTV (goods return to vendors) timely and properly, and Inbound discrepancies (RDR), timely delivery of goods, and delivery requirements/expectations
• Conduct daily WCC system (warehouse cycle count) 
• Assist facility associate in facilities maintenance
• Participate in warehouse’s quality management, sustainability and HS & E program
• Other assigned task as advised by warehouse supervisor.

Requirements:

• O/NLevel / ITE or related Operation/Logistics Management certificate
• Min2 years of relevant working experience
• Possessforklift license.  Able to operateforklift and reach truck
• Relevantexperience in cable cutting, assembly work or packing of small parts preferred
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet demanding timelines
• Highly motivated,result-oriented and willing to take up challenges
• Able to understand, speak and write elementary English

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Oversee project costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis
• Ensure strong control over progress claims, subcontractor payments, and retention sums

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, GST, and taxation
