Job purpose

Main Purpose of the Role

The Purchase Executive supports the daily operations of the company’s integrated lifestyle and hospitality hub by managing procurement, inventory control, supplier coordination, and cost optimisation across multiple business units. The role ensures the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services to support operational excellence and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Systems, Database & SOP Management

· Maintain and regularly update supplier databases, including contact information, pricing structures, and appointed points of contact.

4. Reporting & Analysis

5. Coordination & Other Duties

Role Description:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) trainee who will provide technical and business analysis of solutions in support of the manufacturing processes and will manage deployment, testing, validation, performance, operations and improvement of MES applications within Jurong site. This will involve a balance of business process understanding, technical breadth and the ability to operate in a flexible and agile way to drive efficiency and improvements to the Manufacturing process using MES applications.

Trainee to be involved in:
