• Builds and maintains strong relationships with offshore wind developers, utilities, transmission operators, and key business partners such as OEMs, fabricators, and installation contractors.
• Acts as the primary commercial interface with clients during early project development stages prior to ITT or RFP issuance.
• Tracks upcoming tenders and project pipelines to support business growth planning.
• Qualifies leads and aligns business opportunities with company capabilities and strategic objectives.
• Maintains CRM systems and prepares pipeline and market reports for management review.
• Defines value propositions for offshore substation and related energy solutions.
• Supports pre-tender activities, including budgetary proposals, concept studies, early contractor involvement (ECI), RFIs, and EOIs.
• Collaborates with tender teams to shape competitive and winning bid strategies. Interfaces with engineering, tendering, and project execution teams to ensure alignment between market demand and technical solutions.
• Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Prepares marketing materials, presentations, and capability statements.
• Strengthens brand positioning for Seatrium Energy (Fixed Platforms) solutions, including offshore substations (HVAC/HVDC), WTG foundation solutions, and related offerings.
• Evaluates and establishes strategic partnerships, consortiums, and joint ventures for large EPCI projects.
• Supports JV negotiations and the development of teaming and consortium agreements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years above of experience in business development, market development, or commercial roles within offshore, and onshore energy (O&G and renewables) projects.
• Good understanding of offshore vessels, offshore platforms, and onshore facilities, including EPCI or EPC project environments.
• Familiarity with offshore wind, substations (HVAC/HVDC), or energy infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with confidence in client-facing roles.
• Commercial mindset with basic knowledge of market analysis, tender pipelines, and project development stages.
• Well-organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/market tracking tools

• Leads the end-to-end tender management process for offshore substation projects, including HVAC and HVDC platforms.
• Reviews Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents and defines bid strategies in alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinates tender timelines, deliverables, and internal approval processes to ensure timely submission.
• Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including electrical, structural, topsides, and marine disciplines.
• Ensures technical compliance with client specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Consolidates technical inputs into a cohesive and well-integrated proposal.
• Develops comprehensive cost estimates covering engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI), fabrication, transportation, and risk contingencies.
• Optimizes pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while protecting project margins.
• Manages stakeholder interfaces with clients, internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance, legal), and external partners or subcontractors.
• Leads tender clarification meetings and negotiations during the bid stage.
• Identifies commercial, technical, and contractual risks and opportunities throughout the tender phase.
• Proposes mitigation measures and value engineering solutions to enhance bid value.
• Oversees the preparation of technical proposals, commercial submissions, execution strategies, and project schedules.
• Ensures all tender submissions are high-quality, compliant, and commercially compelling.
• Supports post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization activities.
  
  Requirements:
  
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in tender management, bid management, or proposal preparation for offshore and onshore oil & gas or energy projects.
• Hands-on experience with FPSO projects and offshore/onshore facilities, including EPC/EPCI scopes.
• Strong understanding of offshore substation projects, including HVAC and HVDC platforms.
• Solid knowledge of cost estimation, pricing strategies, and commercial risk management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and consolidate technical inputs into complete tender proposals.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including client, partner, and subcontractor interfacing.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills to identify and mitigate commercial, technical, and contractual risks.
• Well-organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tender activities concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and tender preparation tools.

Administrative Duties

• Handle daily office administrative work and maintain proper filing systems for company documents.
• Prepare, organize, and update correspondence, reports, forms, and internal records.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and other HR-related administrative documents.
• Support project teams with documentation, submission forms, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Monitor renewal dates for company licences, permits, insurance, and work passes.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate general office operations.

Bookkeeping Duties

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and statements of account.
• Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients and monitor supplier payment schedules.
• Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and company expense records.
• Assist in payroll preparation, including salary records, overtime, claims, and other staff payments.
• Maintain proper bookkeeping records for audit and tax purposes.
• Support management and external accountants in month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Ensure all financial records are properly filed and updated.

Construction Industry Support Duties

• Assist in tracking project-related costs, purchases, and subcontractor claims.
• Maintain records of workers, site documents, and project administrative submissions.
• Coordinate with site staff on timesheets, material records, and other project-related paperwork.
