• Assist the occupier of the worksite to identify any unsafe condition in the worksite, unsafe work practice which is carried out in the worksite;
• Recommend to the occupier of the worksite to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition, unsafe work practice;
• Enter, inspect and examine at any reasonable time the worksite;
• Inspect, examine any machinery, equipment, plant, installation, article in the worksite;
• Require the production of worksite records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the Act, including any other relevant document, and to inspect and examine any of them;
• Make such examination, inquiry of the worksite of any person at work at that worksite as may be necessary to execute his duties;
• Assess the level of noise, illumination, heat, harmful, hazardous substances in the worksite and the exposure levels of persons at work therein;
• Investigate any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational disease that occurred within the worksite.

• Lead and coordinate technical personnel, specialists, and direct vendors across all disciplines within contractual work scopes to achieve operational objectives
• Plan, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all services to ensure optimal facility performance and contract compliance
• Manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) services maintenance and supervise soft services facilities management in collaboration with Assistant Facility Manager/Facility Manager

• Conduct regular inspections to identify service rectification needs and evaluate team performance against contractual requirements

• Ensure all project personnel, including vendors, subcontractors, and technicians, obtain necessary clearances before commencing work
• Apply knowledge of the Workplace Health and Safety Act to advise on health and safety matters and ensure compliance
• Conduct regular safety audits on-site in collaboration with the safety team to maintain a safe working environment

• Inspect tyres for wear, damage, pressure, and overall condition
• Remove, repair, and replace tyres for vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and proper care of tools and equipment
• Record work performed and report any defects or safety issues to supervisors

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

Key Responsibilities

FP & A Support

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Assist in cash flow planning and monitoring, including tracking of operating, investing, and financing cash flows.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) and highlight key drivers and anomalies.
• Ensure alignment between financial forecasts, management accounts, and underlying accounting records.
• Validate key assumptions used in forecasts (e.g. revenue recognition, accruals, capex timing) to ensure logical consistency and accounting accuracy.
• Support capex planning and cash flow timing, ensuring consistency with project and procurement schedules.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies between forecast assumptions and accounting treatment, ensuring integrity of financial outputs.

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS/SFRS requirements.
• Prepare detailed schedules and analytical reports to support management reporting, statutory audits, and regulatory submissions.

Finance Operations

• Perform and support day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Review purchase orders and payment documentation to ensure compliance with internal approval limits, policies, and control procedures.

Fixed Assets Management

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including asset tagging, capitalization, transfers, and disposals.
• Track capital expenditures and ensure timely and accurate transfer from CWIP to fixed assets.
• Monitor depreciation and ensure alignment with accounting policies and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure completeness of supporting documentation (e.g. asset tagging, IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable).

Staff Claims Administration

• Review and process staff claims in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper supporting documentation for all claims.
• Monitor claim trends and flag any anomalies or non-compliance issues.

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare GST and withholding tax computations for review, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Support external audits and compliance reviews by preparing required schedules and responding to audit queries in a timely manner.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Support SAP S/4HANA finance-related activities, including master data maintenance, user testing (UAT), and report validation.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with finance team members across AP, AR, inventory, and fixed assets to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Projects & Ad-Hoc Support

• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and other strategic or operational projects.
• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Summary

Manage and oversee all electrical engineering and installation works at construction sites, including planning, execution, supervision, testing. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical installation works at site, including LV/MV systems, cabling, containment, lighting, and power systems.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other M&E trades to ensure smooth project execution and integration of services.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality of electrical works to meet project timelines and standards.

• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
