Using person-centred analytic models, the study identifies heterogeneous learner subgroups across cognitive, literacy, mathematical, and socio-emotional domains, and examines how these profiles evolve and predict academic outcomes. Findings will inform more targeted, evidence-based support for low-progress learners.

The Research Fellow will lead day-to-day project operations, manage the research team, oversee data collection and analysis pipelines, and contribute to research outputs, under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, and in close collaboration with Co- Principal Investigator s at NTU, NIE, and MOE.

Responsibility

• Conduct regular inspections of waste management facilities, equipment, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement waste management plans, policies, and procedures to minimize waste and promote recycling.

• Review and analyze waste data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and lab) to ensure compliance with NEA requirements and train staff on proper waste handling.

• Maintain records of waste management activities, including permits, inspections, and reports, and liaise with regulatory agencies.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in in environmental science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Description & Requirements

- Administer project planning and project execution
- To study drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- Willing to learn and hands-on
- Manage Workers and Supervisors
- Liaise with client, consultants & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure all project activities are performed productively and are in accordance to specification and schedule, in the most efficient and cost effective manner
- Assist in cost control and estimating activities;
- Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
- Preparation of report, Method Statements and technical submissions
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
- Prepare job completion record and progress claims
- Continually seek improvements in the work systems
- Ensure all company reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time;

- Possession of a Class 3 license
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
- Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board

Role Summary 

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions. The role covers recruitment, payroll support, staff records, employee and corporate insurance renewals, and compliance with employment regulations, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Human Resources 

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, arranging interviews, and onboarding. 

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files. 

• Handle leave administration, attendance, and staff movement tracking. 

• Assist in payroll preparation and submission of government claims, and statutory contributions. 

• Manage employee-related insurance (e.g., medical, GPA, work injury), including renewals, enrollments, and claims. 

• Support performance appraisal exercises and training coordination. 

• Handle staff queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. 

• Organize staff engagement activities and welfare programs. 

Administration 

• Manage office supplies, service contracts, and vendor coordination. 

• Maintain company documents, licenses, and filing systems (physical & digital). 

• Oversee company-wide insurance renewals (e.g., office/property, liability, vehicle, equipment). 

• Liaise with insurers/brokers on coverage, policy updates, and claims management. 

• Support management in preparing letters, reports, and meeting coordination. 

• Handle travel arrangements, office facilities, and general administrative duties. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

• 2+ years of HR and administrative experience (insurance administration experience preferred). 

• Familiar with HR regulations. 

• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS/payroll software experience preferred. 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
