Sales Manager (Waste Management)

• Office Location: Jurong East Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $7000 + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in hazardous and toxic waste management services.
• Identify, engage, and secure clients across industrial, marine, and commercial sectors.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and service agreements that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations (e.g., NEA, IMO, Basel Convention) and represent the company at industry events to promote services and generate leads.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Toxic waste, environmental services, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hazardous and toxic waste handling, treatment, and disposal practices.
• Strong communication abilities with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance standards at both local and international levels.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred

Could this be the scene for your next career move? We are currently recruiting for a Depot Tank Coordinator to join our Operations team.

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) isa leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. You will be joining a professional and international team with extensive knowledge of the industry. Working closely with our customers and vendors, you will provide customers with excellent service. Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Laden tank SAP updating
• Laden tank SAP updating for GR (Goods Received) / GI (Goods Issue) tanks movements
• Conterm updating for tank movement status
• Preparation of laden tank EIR doc, B/L, Cofa and other documents
• To update &obtain SES number for all Laden tank invoices (from SAP system)
• To report Depot Manager on any improper procedures and arrangements made for investigation and corrective actions
• Scanning / filing of the documents
• Backup for Operations Coordinator
• Assist the Admin Manager to handle any other administrative work in the office
  

Qualifications

• Nitec in Business Administration or related discipline/ GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in handling Operations & administration work
• Able to liaise with customers & truckers
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in SAP
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Words
• Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
