Essential Functions

Job Summary

Lead regional technical operations, strengthen the Singapore team, and drive technical capabilities, automation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical and field service operations across Singapore and region
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, installation, and service issues
• Stabilise and develop the Singapore technical team; groom future technical leaders
• Build technical capabilities and implement automation/digital solutions
• Support regional projects and collaborate with cross-country teams
• Drive process improvements, SOPs, and service quality standards
• Support business growth through technical solutions and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 8–10 years’ experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in automation/process improvement is an advantage
• Able to work across regions and travel when required
