Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled professional to lead the research, development, and commercialization of nano-engineered Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) products for infrastructure applications. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of UHPC projects—from mix design and laboratory testing to product optimization and on-site validation. 一、来料检验职责Incoming Material Inspection

Perform inspections on supplier materials according to established standards, including appearance, fineness, and performance.

Identify, isolate, and record non-conforming materials, providing timely feedback to Procurement and suppliers.

二、制程检验职责 In-Process Inspection

按检验计划对生产过程进行首件、巡检、抽检。

Execute first-article, patrol, and sampling inspections based on the inspection plan for the production process.

监督生产按作业指导书、工艺流程执行，发现异常及时制止并上报。

Monitor production to ensure adherence to Work Instructions and process workflows; halt and report any irregularities immediately.

跟踪制程问题的改善过程，确认改善措施的有效性。

Follow up on the correction of process issues and verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.

Record and compile data on in-process defects to provide basis for process optimization.

Liaise with Production and Warehouse to prevent defective products from reaching the customer.

Job Requirements:
