3.      Design & Coordination: Support design coordination by liaising with internal teams and external designers/consultants, provide commercial input, and review designers’ proposed value engineering by assessing and advising on cost implications for tender pricing.

4.      Cost Control & Reporting: Maintain strong knowledge of market rates andmarket conditions, monitor tender costs and commitments, and prepare regular reports on tender activities and performance.

5.      Team Leadership: Lead and mentor tender team members while driving continuous improvement and best practices in line with company strategy.

6.      Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, and support contract reviews, negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.

7.      Industry Awareness: Maintain a good understanding of the construction industry and keep abreast of market trends and activities.

8.      Others: Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Requirement:

·       Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;

·       At least 10 years of experience in tender management or project management in the engineering / construction industry, for Cleanroom/ semiconductor/ pharmaceutical projects;

·       Strong knowledge on M&E systems, tender management, M&E quantity surveying work and contract administration;

·       Ability to concurrently manage multiple tenders, prepare technical proposal including write-up for tender submissions and handle any ad hoc reports;

·       Proficient in Microsoft software (such as Powerpoints, Excel, Words, Projects etc.) or cost management tools, project schedules tools;

·       Effective communication skills, strong presentation skills, strategic thinking, team player and customer oriented;

·       Proactive, self-motivated, passionate with a positive working attitude, can lead and motivate team; and

·       Existing relationship with the key industry players is a plus point.

Key Duties:
Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare and process invoices and shipping documentation for overseas customers
• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with shippers, consignees, and freight forwarders
• Verify shipment details for accuracy upon receipt
• Liaise with headquarters, affiliated companies, and distributors

Warehousing & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse vendors on inbound and outbound shipments
• Arrange and manage transportation between warehouse and site installation teams
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory, storage, and movement

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience
• Experience coordinating with vendor warehouses and freight forwarders
• Possess a valid forklift license

Job scope:
