Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Arts and Social Science, or a related field.

• Ability to work under the instruction of the Principal Investigator in the development of Gen AI related instructional material.

• Willingness to work with students in a learning and research environment.

• Ability to assist the Principal Investigator in collecting and analyzing data arising from this study.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature review on Gen AI for mathematics instruction.

• Design Gen AI-related instructional material for Calculus under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.

• Design research instrument under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.

• Collecting data and analysing data related to this project.

• Assist the Principal Investigator in drafting documents related to this project.

JOB PURPOSE

Accounts Payable

1)       To review, flag, clarify any unusual orquestionable invoice items or prices and initiates corrective actions.

Compliance & Reporting

1)     In-charge for statutory audits and annualcorporate tax return including tax estimation.

Education / Professional Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Knowledge in full set of accounts
• Min 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Process and verify staff expense reimbursement claims and ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
2. Organize, file, and maintain accounting records, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for proper record-keeping and audit purposes.
3. Assist in the preparation of payment vouchers and other accounting-related documentation.
4. Ensure all accounting documents are properly recorded and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
5. Perform data entry and update accounting records accurately and promptly.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

•     Assist the QS Department in preparing and compiling claims for construction roadworks — including traffic diversion, road markings, milling & patching, and signage installation

•     Verify site locations (typically 15–20 locations) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date

•     Update and maintain the claim tracking Excel file using verified site data

•     Perform data entry, organise documentation, and support timely claim submissions

•     Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works, and supporting documents such as photos and reports

•     Ensure all claim documents comply with company standards and project requirements
