Job Title: AGRICULTURE MANAGER

As an SFA-licensed farm, our operationsmust comply with regulatory requirements relating to food safety, traceability, hygiene standards, and production consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily farm production of leafy green vegetables in the green house
• Ensure full compliance with SFA food safety, hygiene, and traceability requirements
• Supervise planting, harvesting, pest management, irrigation, and post-harvest handling
• Implement and maintain farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor crop health and production output to ensure consistency and quality standards
• Train and supervise farm workers to ensure operational discipline and efficiency
• Maintain proper production records and regulatory documentation
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions when required
• Adhere to strict reporting timelines to higher management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-technology, or related field while preferred is however not a pre-requisite
• Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in commercial or structured farming environments
• Experience in leafy vegetable production preferred
• Familiarity with regulated agricultural environments and food safety compliance standards
• Ability to independently manage farm operations and supervise workers
• Strong understanding of farm systems, crop cycles, and production planning and candidates with experience in utilising the FGM A/S moving gutter system would be preferred although not strictly a pre-requisite.
• Physically fit and able to work in farm conditions

Salary

Monthly salary range: SGD $4,500.00 -$5,500.00 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Job Summary

A strong,results-driven HoReCa Sales Manager to lead and accelerate Sustenir’s growthacross the Hotel, Restaurant, Café, as well as wholesaler and distributorchannels. This role will be instrumental in building strategic clientpartnerships, expanding our market presence, and delivering consistent revenuegrowth through disciplined execution and clear commercial strategy.

The Head of Community Engagement will lead the outreach arm of the SPCA, with a strong emphasis on strengthening and diversifying sustainable fundraising streams, while driving meaningful community outreach that creates awareness and leads to actionable change to improve animal welfare in Singapore.

Job Requirements:

• Oversee a team managing SPCA Singapore’s communications, merchandising, volunteer engagement, fundraising, digital engagement, education, and advocacy efforts.
• Work closely with the Deputy Executive Director to develop integrated communication, outreach, and fundraising strategies that drive public engagement, inspire behavioral change, and build sustained support.
• Develop and provide recommendations on the overall Community Engagement budget, ensuring alignment with both fundraising goals and outreach impact, in consultation with the Deputy Executive Director.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of working experience in a leadership or managerial role within community engagement, public outreach, fundraising, or the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, including developing donor strategies, managing fundraising campaigns, and/or building partnerships and revenue streams.
• Proven team management and people leadership skills.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, work collaboratively, and inspire team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

The Fundraising and Partnerships Manager is responsible for the coordination of fundraising events and initiatives for the SPCA. He/she develops a fundraising plan and actively suggests new fundraising opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising action plan in alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals.
• Driving effective and creative fundraising strategies to diversify and grow revenue streams.
• Preparing regular profit and loss reports for all fundraising activities and ensuring compliance with charity and regulatory guidelines.
• Recommend and manage the annual fundraising budget in alignment with the organisational priorities.
• Maintaining accurate records of all fundraising activities and income.
• Providing timely monthly updates on fundraising performance and progress.
