Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, WhatsApp & in-person enquiries.

• Assist clients with bookings, scheduling, package purchases & account enquiries.
• Follow up with new clients and ensure they have a positive onboarding experience.
• Monitor and facilitate the entire client journey from 1st enquiry through long-term retention.
• Handle client feedback, concerns & service recovery when required.

Scheduling & Studio Operations

• Work closely with instructors to manage their schedules, leave requests & replacement arrangements.
• Optimise studio utilisation and scheduling to balance client preferences, instructor availability & studio capacity.
• Coordinate instructor handovers and client cover arrangements.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across both studios, including ensuring a clean, organised, well-stocked & premium studio environment
• Oversee inventory, procurement & studio maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, cleaners & service providers.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train & supervise studio coordinators if necessary.
• Maintain & improve if necessary operational procedures, checklists & training materials.
• Ensure service standards are consistently upheld across all shifts.
• Foster a positive, professional & client-focused culture.

Business Performance & Administration

• Monitor key operational metrics including attendance, package renewals, client retention & studio utilisation.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Maintain accurate records & ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and client experience.

Business Development and Projects

• Work closely with the Marketing team for the development or facilitation of any marketing materials or events.
• Work closely with the Executive Director for any client relationship management initiatives.
• Any additional projects related to enhancing or ensuring smooth operations of the studios.

Clinic Assistant

This role reports to the Clinic Manager of the practice. We are looking for positions in South, West and East of Singapore.

Job Description

• Ensure that the clinic is in working order prior to start of clinic shift
• Ensure that opening balance of petty cash is accurate and working order of POS systems
• Top up consumables in Doctor's/treatment room
• Register patients and checking of eligibility with government and corporate benefits
• Updating TPA benefits in CMS to ease post consult and payment process
• Ensure that right medication, right dosing, right quantity and right administrative route is dispensed accurately to the right patient
• Assist the clinician in minor procedures/Chaperoning
