Responsibilities

• Day to Day on equipment parameter FDC daily index and to timely address on abnormalities
• Be familiar with communication protocols to obtain real-time equipment data as equipment monitoring parameters
• Perform data collection, collation and analysis to find productivity, yield, cost and other opportunities for improvement
• Use various data algorithms and tools to process large amounts of data (visualize and set control to the data)
• Coordinate PC/PHM/Virtual metrology/RPA and other smart manufacturing project development and management

Qualifications

• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in engineering
• Able to think critically and possess research skills
• Possess good communication skills
• Possess good time management skills as well as a strong sense of commitment
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, R, SQL and other similar languages ​​or tools
• Prior leadership or competition experience (preferably in artificial intelligence projects) will be an advantage
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant prior working experience may be considered for a senior position

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Defining project scope, creating detailed schedules, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
• Budgeting & Cost Management: Estimating costs, managing budgets, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
• Resource & Contract Management: Procuring materials, hiring subcontractors, and managing vendor relationships.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring site safety, enforcing building regulations, and managing quality control.
• Communication & Reporting: Providing regular updates to stakeholders and solving site issues. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager or relevant role in healthcare construction.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and, increasingly, AI-driven analytics for risk and forecasting.
• Certification: Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are often preferred. 

* Can use Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.

* Sometimes need to wear jumpsuit work inside clean room.

* Can speak in simple English.

* Simple Computer Knowledge.

* Require teamwork in order to complete tasks and accomplish common goals.

* Good communication, interpersonal skill and responsibility.

* Provide onsite training.
