Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement Advanced engineering and process control solutions to optimize production processes, streamline workflows, and boost manufacturing productivity.
• Continuously assess and enhance Advanced engineering and process control capabilities/features to meet evolving production requirements, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal operational disruptions.
• Generate and manage comprehensive reports on production and manufacturing KPIs
• Take charge of Advanced process control (APC) and fault detection classification (FDC) projects from initiation to conclusion, defining E2E integration scope, managing timelines, and providing regular progress updates.
• Proactively monitor APC/FDC performance, pre-emptively identify potential system issues, and implement preventive measures to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Conduct regular maintenance of APC/FDC software and hardware, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure systems operate at peak performance.
• Collaborate with production and IT teams to identify opportunities for overall Advanced engineering process control improvement and implement changes that align with long-term operational objectives.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Groovy or Python and experience with database management such as Oracle
• Proficient in Model predictive control definition and understanding in semiconductor manufacturing system, processes and technologies
• Proven track record in Advanced Process control system (APC, FDC) development, integration, and optimization in a semiconductor environment.
• Understanding of AMAT E3 and PDF Exensio application will be added advantage.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with IT cross functional team (MES, EA, IMC)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience

We’re searching for an Engineer/ Senior Engineer to be part of our Product Engineering Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Ensuring 1st time yielding silicon, benchmark D0 for baseline and products.
• Identify & resolve Product, Test & Fab-Process related yield limiters in shortest time possible.
• Technical interface with Business Lines/customers
• Driver for yield improvement
• Resolve product yield, quality and reliability issues
• Perform pre-tapeout risk assessment and communicate with Business line/Fab on the necessary actions to eliminate/minimize the risk.
• Work with Customers/Mother Fab on the DfM related issue.
• Conduct product yield analyses to identify root cause of wafer sort and final test failures
• Set up fault diagnostic capabilities for yield improvement
• Work with Business line/customers on product low yield disposition
• Perform electrical and physical failure analysis to isolate fail location
• Drive the yield improvement task force

More about you:

• Master/bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or Science in Physics
• 2 – 8 years product and/or test engineering, failure analysis or process-integration experience
• Experience in Fab process, yield engineering or design will be an added advantage
• In depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electrical & electronics engineering fundamentals & wafer fabrication processes
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions including preparing quotations, invoices, and financial reports. Ensure accurate GST filing, maintain accounting records, coordinate with stakeholders, and support payroll and administrative tasks to uphold company financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers accurately to support sales and payment processes
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain timely financial transactions
• Perform GST filing and maintain proper accounting records to ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and bank reconciliations to provide clear financial insights
• Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts to improve cash flow
• Process supplier invoices and staff claims to ensure accurate expense tracking
• Maintain organized filing and documentation of accounting records for audit readiness
• Assist in payroll preparation and CPF submission to support employee compensation processes
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, customers, auditors, and bankers to facilitate smooth financial operations
• Monitor project expenses and update cost records to track budget adherence
• Assist in purchasing and office administrative duties to support operational efficiency
• Handle email correspondence and phone enquiries professionally to maintain communication flow
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and deadlines to uphold financial integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior accounting and administrative experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of GST filing and basic accounting principles
