Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager who can take ownership of both operations and business performance of an outlet.

This role is not limited to supervising daily operations. The Outlet Manager is expected to lead the team, drive business performance, execute outlet-level marketing initiatives, and maintain stable store operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 6 to 8 years of accounting experience
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred or in progress
• Experience in multi-entity or overseas accounting is an advantage
• Exposure to global/regional accounts is a plus, but not required
• Strong Excel and accounting system knowledge

Job Description & Requirements

Report to the Restaurant Manager or a management staff appointed by the Company

· Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant

· Deputise in the absence of the Managers

· Supervise a team of service crew to ensure the restaurant smooth operation

· Handle cashiering duties and to do banking duties

· Conduct interview for new hires

· Guide and train new / existing Service Crew

· Constantly motivate and cultivate a team spirit

· Maintain utmost service standards and discipline / grooming among the service staff

· Assist in crews’ performance appraisals and confirmation

· Conduct daily check list

· Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction

· Attend to customer complaints (if any)

· Assist Restaurant Manager to monitor labour and F&B costing matters, including bi-monthly stock take

13.     Check the rooms before/after shifts to ensure they are clean, and the equipment is working

14.     Administrate and maintain inventory/asset records and documentation

15.     Assist Manager in follow up and oversee renovation works

16.     All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

We are looking for a committed, diligent and dedicated staff to perform the following duties

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR/Training team.
• Document HR/Training actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
• Arrange 6 monthly medical for work permit holders.
• Prepare appraisal forms and confirmation letters for new foreign employees’ end of probation period.
• Maintain all Internal and External Training Records of our staff
• Maintain a list of all expiring training certificates and enroll staff for re-certification / re-assessment of competencies
• Liaise with external parties on the enrolment of staff for all external courses

• Prepare monthly Internal and External Training Records

Project Admin / Project Support

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Assist the Project Manager in planning project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project progress schedules using Excel, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Support in tracking milestones and ensuring adherence to project timelines.

2. Site Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Ensure smooth workflow, timely material delivery, and compliance with work schedules.
• Attend site meetings, record minutes, and prepare progress and coordination reports.

3. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, designers, and internal project teams.

4. Procurement & Material Handling

• Source, evaluate, and order materials based on project needs.
• Track material deliveries and verify site quantities.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for quotations, specifications, and delivery schedules.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare work progress reports, variation orders (VO), and other documentation for project claims.
• Assist in submission of drawings, material samples, and approvals to consultants or relevant authorities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all project-related records.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with Singapore’s workplace safety regulations.
• Coordinate permit applications and submissions to authorities (e.g. HDB, BCA, NEA) as required.

7. Additional Duties

• Conduct quality checks and inspections at various project stages.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement tracking.
• Follow up on defects rectification and handover documentation.
• Prepare and handle CAD drawings when required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management to support project execution and operational needs.
