Job Summary

Support project delivery by preparing contract documents and managing cost information to ensure accurate budgeting and timely financial submissions. Collaborate with site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contract documents by accurately measuring quantities and providing detailed cost estimates to support project budgeting
• Manage cost information to track and control project expenses effectively
• Administer pre-contract and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
• Verify sub-contractor claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms
• Ensure timely submission of progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts to maintain project cash flow
• Source and evaluate quotations and tenders from suppliers and sub-contractors to secure competitive pricing
• Liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors by attending tender briefings, site show rounds, and tender interviews to align project objectives
• Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors to support project and team needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of electrical works on-site.
• Provide hands-on guidance for electrical tasks.
• Ensure coordination and sequencing of works in accordance with the master and detailed schedule.
• Supervise site activities to ensure the quality and timely completion of works.
• Provide on-site technical support throughout various stages of the project, including project execution, attendance at site meetings, testing and commissioning, and project handover, to ensure progress according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Education: Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
• 5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in reading Single Line Diagrams and AutoCAD drawings.
• Position: Trade Foreman.
• Preferably possess a Singapore driving license: Class 3.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Management

• Ensure full compliance with MSF statutory requirements, including the submission of '6-monthly Returns,' SCFA Subsidy renewals, and bi-annual fire drills.
• Monitor fee collections, manage the centre’s budget, and ensure resource maximization.
• Oversee manpower deployment, maintain SOPs, manage inventory, and supervise food catering quality.

Programme & Project Management

• Design and lead engaging holiday programmes, character development workshops, and enrichment activities.

Staff Development & Leadership

• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to programme staff.
• Identify training needs and foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment.

Student & Family Support

• Oversee student academic progress and behavioural management; provide regular, constructive feedback to parents.
