Compare vendor/subcontractor bid-day quotes and proposals for owners to buyout.

Process Letters of Intent when directed by the Estimator or Owner. Communicate project administrative requirements with subcontractors and vendors after Letter of Intent has been sent, per project requirements.

Establish contacts and create relationships with office and field staff of subcontractors/vendors.

Discuss expectations of work quality. Share schedule and track future requests accordingly.

Assist Project Administrator with project requirements needing submission (subcontractor/vendor documents required, tax exempts etc.)

Conduct/attend on turnover meeting from Estimator to project management team (inclusive of key site personnel)

Request, review, and process submittals, RFIs, shop drawings.

Monitor ASIs, SKs, PRs, and RFI responses and present to Owner when a cost impact is present. Keep clean (current log) for review at all times of above said items.

Request/create procurement log for subcontractor and vendor material(s)/equipment.

Process the workflow from changing job-conditions.

Communicate and discuss all changes from Management and Field Staff.

Review for conflicts and changes

Update internal schedule and provide 4 week look-ahead. Communicate schedule changes to subcontractors/vendors.

Determine needed resources (manpower/material/equipment).

Track schedule and advise of cost impacts or roadblocks. Inform subcontractors/suppliers if appropriate.

Code vendor invoices, field receipts and subcontractors’ AIAs (when they arrive), for processing/payment per terms of subcontract. Question and reject unauthorized billings.

Communicate acceptance/rejection of billings with subcontractors/vendors.

Draft and present monthly AIAs for approval.

Track and bill allowances.

Summarize and submit T & M work for change orders.

Follow up with Owner for signature and notary.

Prepare, submit, and monitor change order proposals and change orders and input into Timberline.

Finalize contract cost revisions in Timberline once change orders are received.

Issue change order to subcontractor/vendor if applicable.

Inform Owner of all change order requests and approvals.

Attend weekly PM meetings. Relay pertinent data to Superintendent and Foreman, including schedules and manpower.

Coordinate subcontractor’s work and material/equipment release to hit targeted installation dates.

Review internally and externally that all subcontractors/vendors are working off approved material documents and they are permitted to access site (badge, clearance, safety training, OSHA , insurance, contract/PO execution).

Supervise or coordinate supervision with Superintendent to ensure installations are conducted in a timely and safe manner.

Verify that appropriate training is in place for field personnel using equipment and for those signing off on scaffolding/stair towers.

Ensure Toolbox Talks are taking place.

Review labor and scheduling with Superintendent, site Foreman, and field crews.

Ensure project is completed safely, in time, within scope and on budget.

Request, process and submit closeout documents (O&Ms, warranties, training, attic stock).

Log all material and follow through with completions/approvals. Keep log up to date at all times.

Coordinate and track completion of punch list.

- Experience in resource management, workforce planning, PMO operations, delivery operations or capacity planning in IT services.

- Strong understanding of project staffing, allocation, utilization, bench management, skill matching and delivery priorities.

- Ability to work with Practice Leads, Delivery Leads, PMs and Sales teams to resolve resource conflicts objectively.

- Strong Excel, Power BI or resource dashboarding capability; comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools.

Job Purpose:

The Accounts Manager is the main interface between the Company and our partner community. The Accounts Manager is responsible for the ‘complete’ sales cycle for the relevant business partners with the view to maximizing revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction. Having internal resources for assistance, the role is to develop deep relationships with key people inside the business partner and uncover sales opportunities, while delivering ongoing value to the partner.

Responsibilities:

• With assistance from the Channels Director build and execute a call plan that will ensure maximum return from the business partner community.
• Develop a solid understanding of the product range and present an informed overview.
• Up and cross sell each opportunity for maximum margin return and differentiation.
• Understand strengths and weaknesses in the product sets from a technical perspective.
• Liaise with other divisions of the Company, as required, to ensure efficient customer transactions that ultimately deliver a sound buying experience for the Company’s partners.
• Keep CRM up to date to ensure you and the management team have an accurate view of your business.
• Ensure all quotations are followed up and moved through the various levels of a sales cycle with ultimate goal, being of closure.
• Capture and maintain all relevant data needed to sell and renew maintenance.
• Plan, design and implement outbound campaigns as necessary to deliver on agreed margin goals
• Make outbound sales calls to business partners and prospects as per call plan.
• Identify the Company's services opportunities in conjunction with the the Company's Technical Services team.
• Ensure all quotations are built using the company quotation tool.
• Provide Sales Support Specialist with all relevant information necessary to build and configure the ‘winning’ solution.
• Achieve and maintain sales certification for relevant product groups when required
• Ensure all partner issues are resolved promptly and seek management guidance where necessary.
• Ensure all business partners are alerted of any upcoming renewals
• Ensure the CRM is updated and used pro-actively to drive business engagements and forecasting
• Accurately forecast business with Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
• Work with Sales Support and provide support where necessary to ensure timely logging of orders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience selling IT solutions in the channel required.
