• School holidays Mondays to Fridays: Based on 2-shift roster between 6:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break, not exceeding 44 hours a week

3. Provide logistical support in school events and activities, including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment.

Job Summary

Manage and maintain ISO documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and ISO 9001 requirements, supporting audit processes and document security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all ISO documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Update and control ISO procedure documents and forms to reflect current practices
• Identify, classify, and file all ISO documents systematically for easy retrieval
• Conduct regular document checks to verify employees use current and accurate ISO forms for recording evidence
• Ensure revised documents are accessible to relevant personnel promptly
• Assist in communication and coordination during external audits to support compliance verification
• Follow company specifications and document control procedures to maintain document integrity
• Handle ISO documents correctly when received from other employees to prevent errors or loss
• Create and maintain document filing and organizing systems to improve document management efficiency
• Ensure proper security measures for both paper and electronic documents to protect sensitive information
• Distribute and notify relevant recipients of updated documents to maintain awareness and compliance
• Support achievement of IMS Policy and objectives through effective document control
• Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as assigned by management
• Provide administrative support related to document control and management tasks
• Report regularly to the Management Representative on document control status and issues

Required competencies and certifications

• O Level or Diploma qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or related functions
• Strong written and spoken communication skills to effectively convey information
• Proficient document control skills with knowledge of ISO 9001 standards preferred

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (moved here as preferred since it is not explicitly mandated but beneficial)

Responsibilities:

· Involve in the care teams assessment of clients in maintenance day care, dementia day care and community rehabilitative programmes;

· Develop and implement care plans for clients and their caregivers with other care team members;

· Perform assessment of the client’s physical mobility and falls risk;

· Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions based on assessment of clients;

· Conduct functional mobility, training, including the prescription and use of appropriate mobility and/or walking aids;

· Plan, implement and evaluate individual and group physical activity and exercise programmes;

· Conduct and/or supervise group therapy and exercises for the clients;

· Conduct education and training for client’s caregivers; provides support as required;

· Conduct in-service training or/sessions for care staff and volunteers;

· Maintain documentation of clients’ progress and outcomes of care provision;

· Recommend new strategies to the Manager (FHGCC);

Qualification:

· Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy

· Obtained full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore

· Good written and spoken English

· A mature individual and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Possess analytical and problem-solving skills

· Passionate in serving the needy and vulnerable

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word and Excel
