Responsibilities

• Plan and film short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to showcase products and engage audiences
• Manage Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shops by updating product listings, pricing, and promotions to maintain smooth operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate packing and timely shipping of orders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, social media, or content creation
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or similar apps
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Minimum O-Level or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for both internal andexternal customers
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quotations,and delivery timelines

Job Scopes:

• Assist in the day-to-day HR management functions.
• Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages.
• Provide support to the internal and external queries and issues related to the organisation.
• Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing.
• Handle confidential employees’ and company’s information.
• Update employee databases (hard and softcopies). Ensure all information are up to date.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Diploma in Human Resource (or related fields)
• Minimally 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Good knowledge of Employment Acts and HR practices
• Positive work attitude and willingness to resolve problems independently

• Perform mechanical testing, collecting data and providing analysis for continuous improvement
• Support in the selection and procurement of materials for mechanical assemblies
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate assembly of components
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the assembly process
• Maintain and organize engineering tools, equipment, and assembly areas
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations during the assembly process
• Assist in the development of prototypes and new product designs.
