• Report daily BIM activities and progress to supervisors
• Develop detailed Architectural and Structural BIM models and perform quality checks to ensure models are fit for coordination
• Conduct clash detection, document discrepancies, and present findings in weekly Interdisciplinary Coordination (ICE) meetings
• Coordinate BIM modelling activities with project technical teams and consultants to resolve issues and update models accordingly
• Produce clash-free coordinated BIM models to support construction planning
• Generate construction drawings including Concrete Body Plans, Wall Setting Out, Tile Setting Out, and General Arrangement drawings
• Adhere to drawing schedules and maintain high-quality standards in construction drawing production
• Track and record the status of all drawings to ensure timely delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in BIM modelling and construction drawing production
• Proficient in AutoCAD software
• Moderate proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD, NavisWorks or BimX, BIM 360, and BIMCloud

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn and good communication skills

Core responsibilities:

· Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation

· Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information

· Build-up, regularly update and enhance BIM objective, templates and object libraries for the Company.

· Coordinate between BIM modelers, design consultants, clients and sub-contractors

· Review Design Models and Fabrication Models and Drawings

· Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability

· Create construction and as built models

· Develop Virtual Mock up and 4D simulation

· Ensure Modelling Quality Control

· Follow the standards, work flows, settings and best practices that ensure delivery of high-quality consistent model and drawing output across the entire project.

· Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

· Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.

· Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings

Job Requirements:

· Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or related field

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity

· Minimum 2 Years experience in BIM Modelling, Execution Plan, BIM Setup, Standards Development, Client Presentation and trouble shooting in related field.

· Familiar and well-versed in Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360

· Able to work in a team
