Expertise in Palomar equipment, with an emphasis on die attach processes, including programming and knowledge of advanced packaging materials is required. o Lead die attach process development, material selection and programming on Palomar Die Bonders.

• Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level
• Able to understand and communicate in basic English
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage 
• Physically fit and able to perform packing tasks
• Familiarity with Shopee/Shopee Mall/Lazada platforms is a plus  
• Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions
