• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality management within high-tech manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in NPI, customer quality, and supplier quality
• Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
