1. Food Safety & Quality Management System

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) including HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, SFA regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.

5. Quality Assurance & Complaint Investigation

8. Training & Staff Development

• Approve department environmental aspect, Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure if the risk is within acceptable level.
• Provide and maintain a work environment which is safe and without risk to health for employees at work.
• Report immediately all occupational accidents & incidents to the company and relevant parties and support the EHS Committee Management Representative in conduct of incident/accident investigation as appropriate.
• Initiate and/or approve disposition actions for EHS nonconformance as well as corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrences
• Ensure that environmental, health & safety policies are upheld, EHS objectives and metrics are monitored, corrective/ preventive actions taken on EHS system defects are effective and properly closed.
• Responsible for the safety, health and well-being of workers under their charge.
• Provide support in EHS internal and external audits.
• To enforce compliance to company’s EHS management system and relevant legal and other applicable EHS requirements.
• To delegate task/s to his/her subordinates.
• To stop any unsafe work or negligent act that may endanger personnel.
• To investigate and analyse any incidents that occurred within his/her charge.

Education/Experience and Qualifications:

• Management or technical diploma degree, BS preferred, with 3-5yrs in a management or supervisory role in a high-volume production environment, preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing.

·       Excellent Communication Skills

·       Experience in master scheduling, MRP/ERP driven processes

·       Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems

·       Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP an advantage

·       Familiar with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies

• Computer literacy required.  Familiar with Microsoft office software.

·       Knowledgeable in writing procedures and GMP requirements

·       Knowledge of GMPs & GDP’s in ISO 9001, ISO13485 and the Medical Device Directives.

• Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and employee engagement.
• Lead and support staff development programs, workshops, and skill-building efforts.
• Design and implement efficient adminstrative systems and workflows to enhance productivity and enhance business operations.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Support current & future business needs throught the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overal HR strategies, system, tactics and procedure across the organisation.
