This role is central to driving the efficiency, safety, and profitability of our fleet. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event and Marketing Associate to join our team in Singapore. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who are keen to develop a career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in campaign execution and customer engagement.

Training and mentorship will be provided to support your professional development.

1️⃣ Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and campaign objectives
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth campaign operations
• Contribute ideas during team discussions and campaign brainstorming sessions
• Monitor and provide feedback on campaign performance and customer responses
• Develop communication and interpersonal skills through on-the-job experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and enhance REST APIs and backend services for enterprise platforms.
• Develop and configure Pega applications, case management workflows, business rules, integrations, and process automation solutions.
• Work with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Pega workflows with Java-based backend systems and external applications.
• Support application troubleshooting, performance tuning, production fixes, and deployment activities.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and release management.
• Ensure solutions follow security, scalability, and enterprise architecture standards.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or relevant field
• 4 years of overall IT experience, including Java Microservices development and hands-on Pega implementation experience
• Good Experience in Microservices, spring boot, Spring, MVC, Pega
• Proficiency in React Js, Angular, Java Script, HTML, CSS
• Experience in Devops, Jenkins, GitHub is preferred
• Familiarity with databases SQL, NoSQL.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
