This role will lead the full spectrum of financial management activities for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), including financial reporting, consolidation, taxation, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, compliance, and financing matters.  

This role interfaces closely with senior management, board committees, auditors, external partners, trustees, and operational teams, and plays a key role in supporting fundraising and strategic initiatives. 

Core responsibilities 

Financial Reporting & Compliance 

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the REIT, including consolidated accounts, variance analysis, and periodic management reporting. 

• Prepare statutory financial statements, accounting papers, and announcements (Quarterly Business Updates, HalfYear Results, Annual Reports). 

• Ensure compliance with SGX reporting requirements, MAS regulations for REITs, internal controls, and accounting standards. 

• Manage external audit processes, liaising with auditors, tax agents, and trustees. 

2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting 

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, providing strategic insights to senior leadership on REIT and asset level performance. 

• Conduct financial analysis on revenue, expenses, cash flows, capital expenditure, and portfolio performance. 

• Support scenario modelling and fundraising evaluations (debt facilities, refinancing, capital management). 

3. Taxation & Regulatory Management 

• Manage corporate tax, GST submissions, and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements. 

• Maintain and review Interested Party Transactions (IPTs) and ensure Trustee compliance. 

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management 

• Advise on operational cash needs, loan covenants, working capital, and cashflow positions to ensure optimal liquidity management. 

• Support financing activities, including debt refinancing, loan documentation, and liaising with banks. 

5. Stakeholder & Cross Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with operations, leasing, asset management, and shared services teams to provide financial insights and improve business performance. 

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners (auditors, tax agents, legal, business units, trustees). 

6. Internal Controls & Process Improvements 

• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and accounting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. 

• Propose and implement digital or procedural enhancements to financial reporting workflows. 

Educational specifications & Skillset 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) or equivalent certification preferred 

• Master’s degree (MBA, MFin) is advantageous but not mandatory. 

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with significant exposure to REITs or real estate investment/management. 

Required Skills & Experience 

Technical Skills 

• Strong knowledge of REIT regulatory frameworks, SGX listing rules, and MAS guidelines. 

• Proficiency in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, FP&A, and tax compliance. 

• Advanced skills in Excel, financial modelling, and financial systems  

• Experience working with trustees and lenders is an advantage. 

Soft Skills 

• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior executives, boards, and stakeholders. 

• Leadership experience supervising teams and managing crossfunctional stakeholders. 

• High attention to detail, analytical mind, problemsolving orientation, and ability to operate under tight timelines.

Ramboll is part of an EPC project, where we are working as client’s representative for the EPC contractor located in Singapore. The Electrical Engineering Lead will act as a representative for the EPC contractor during design execution at EPC contractors’ office in Singapore.

Job Description

In your role as Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager, your focus will be to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the LV & MV Electrical systems and electrical control systems portion of the mechanical systems adheres to the technical requirements and the design already developed by the engineering contractor. As such, it will be your responsibility to follow up on progress, site queries non-conformance, SATand commissioning activities and facilitate minor adjustment as needed and daily technical clarifications. In doing so, you shall collaborate closely with representatives from the EPC contractor, the fabrication contractor, the engineering contractor, Suppliers and other disciplines and representatives from the client as required.

• Visit to the fabrication yard and provide reliable information to the project manager regarding significant technical issues, particularly risks.
• Shall be integrated into the EPC engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the fabrication yard representatives, the engineering design office, client’s home office and other discipline representatives at the fabrication yard.
• Where required, liaise and coordinate Electrical tasks with Suppliers, EPC Contractor and other disciplines.
• Troubleshooting / solution finding during fabrication.
• Shall propose a solution, including supporting documentation, to any design issues, flaws, or gaps in the contract requirements. These shall be agreed upon with Company before implementation.
• Coordinate electrical engineering tasks as needed during execution.
• Review costs for change orders, and progress claims when required.
• Follow up on progress and evaluate / oversee quality from the EPC contractor.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders on technical solutions to ensure the best solution and in the client’s best interest.

Job Qualifications / Skills
You must have a result-oriented, proactive and systematic approach to your work. You enjoy working both independently and together with co-workers, from both the engineering team and the EPC team thus experience in both design and installation/commissioning is preferred. You will engage with multiple stakeholders during the execution, thus teamwork is essential to achieve results.

Your competencies:

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Have extensive experience in electrical offshore engineering – preferably with offshore substation design and installation/commissioning – with a minimum of 15 years of experience combined with managing of complex engineering tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding of offshore OSS design standards and codes, Korean regulations are preferred (e.g., DNV-ST-0145)
• Have experience with typical OSS interfaces from design phase to procurement, vendors, shop preparations, materials, installation, layout, safety, cable routing, equipment tagging, numbering & marking, testing, and quality.
• Be familiar with standard OSS component vendors.
• Be familiar with the discipline interfaces and integration to other disciplines and systems.
• Speak and write English fluently.
• Have excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical information.

Theprimary focus areas of the department are the offshore wind and renewableenergy solutions sectors. We cover all aspects of a project including conceptand feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC and follow-up engineering.

We represent a strong group of Engineers with comprehensive experience in design and analysis of Offshore Substations for Offshore windfarms. The current position is working as the EPC contractor representative at EPC contractors office. A contract period of 5 months is currently foreseen with an estimated start on site from May 2026 to September 2026.

The ideal candidate must possess very strong technical expertise in Active Directory /Entra ID and be able to join a global team for over-the-clock activities.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

1.Administration, operation, and hardening of Corporate / Resources / Isolation AD forests.

2. Management of Domain Controllers (Windows Server 2019/2022), GPO, DNS, Sites &Services, replication.

3. Management of Entra ID, IAM, and AD Connect.

4.Participation in Group projects: AD consolidation, DNS redesign, tiering, and securing sensitive accounts.

5. Automation using PowerShell, industrialization of operations (audits, provisioning, remediation).

6. Contribution to the AD Disaster Recovery Plan (detection, restoration, technical communication).

• At least 2 years of nursing experience in Ophthalmic/Surgical setting
