Key Responsibilities
Admin Authority Compliance
• Prepare, format and upload E-submissions to authorities (BCA, PUB, NParks, LTA, etc.).
• Coordinate and liaise with Corenet on system matters, troubleshooting, and ticket submissions.
• Check submitted entries, extract e-forms, format and prepare endorsement documents, encrypt files, and ensure proper records.
• Brief QPs and project teams on submission requirements and processes.
• Manage engineering mailbox related to submissions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Project Portal/Automation) on download requirements and documents needed for submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation of all issued and received submissions.
• Maintain Engineering Intranet, propagation of Circulars.
• Support ISO audits by preparing required documentation, uploading internal memos to the portal, and maintaining logs and evidence to ensure compliance.
Drafting & BIM
• Assist in preparing C&S drawings using Revit/AutoCAD based on established templates and workflows.
• Assist with BIM documentation and model updates throughout the project lifecycle, following established standards and supervised workflows.
• Prepare drawing sheets, annotations, schedules, and submission-ready exports (PDF/IFC) in accordance with office standards.
• Cross-check architectural and M&E information to support documentation updates, based on guidance from engineers or the BIM team.
• Perform basic checklist-based QC and ensure correct file naming and organisation.
• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and other digital resources in coordination with the BIM team.
• Provide additional drafting and documentation support when needed, in alignment with established standards and supervised workflows.
Requirements
• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Civil / Structural Engineering, BIM, or related technical discipline.
• Training or certification in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong BIM skills may also be considered.
• Familiarity with authority submission processes (CoreNet, BCA, PUB, etc.) is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
