Basic Qualifications：

This role focuses on managing product certification, conducting regulatory audits, and ensuring that operational processes align with local and international laws. Collaborating with technical and operational teams, you will safeguard compliance while driving continuous improvement in quality management.

Responsibilities

• Product Quality Compliance:

1. Ensure that all products (hardware and software) comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as TR25 for EV charging systems in Singapore.
2. Maintain and update product certifications and manage regulatory audits and inspections.
3. Review testing results and performance reports to verify adherence to quality standards.

• Operational Compliance:

1. Oversee business operations to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy and environmental standards.
2. Develop, update, and optimize internal compliance policies and procedures to reflect current regulations.
3. Prepare and submit compliance reports, maintaining effective communication with regulatory authorities.

• Team Collaboration:

1. Work closely with technical teams, including Firmware Engineers and Integration Engineers, to validate the compliance of products and systems.

• Risk Identification and Management:

Requirements

Job Scope:

1.Payroll Processing & Administration

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including data validation, salary computation, and timely disbursement for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and monthly summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders promptly and professionally.​​​​​​​

2.Statutory Compliance & Government Reporting

• Ensure full  employment legislation, including monthly CPF submissions, annual income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and tax clearance processes.
• Manage government-related claims and submissions (e.g. government-paid leave, RNF NS make-up pay).
• Prepare and submit MOM surveys, statistical reporting, and other mandatory government submissions.
• Handle union-related payroll matters in accordance with collective agreements and regulatory requirements.

3.Compensation Planning & Budgeting

• Support the annual compensation review process, including bonus payoutsand salary adjustments aligned with company policies and employee performance.
• Lead the preparation and submission of the annual manpower budget:

- Develop templates and consolidate headcount requirements from all departments.

- Run cost simulations and forecast total manpower expenditure.

- Review projected figures in collaboration with the Finance Department.

- Present the finalised budget and budgeted FTE to management for approval.

- Obtain management sign-off for any changes to the approved manpower establishment.
