Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our timber trading business, focusing on expanding international sales while contributing to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices. (Area: Asia, US, Europe and Middle East *The assigned area varies depending on sales person)

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the timber industry and motivated to create positive environmental impact through responsible sourcing and trading. You will play a key role in driving business growth while aligning with our corporate philosophy of contributing to sustainability and environmental preservation.

This role is primarily office-based but requires international travel for client meetings, supplier visits, and industry events. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for timber and wood-related products in international markets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers, suppliers, and partners in the timber industry.

· Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s timber trading portfolio.

· Promote sustainably sourced timber products and communicate environmental value propositions to clients.

Job Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales; experience in timber, commodities, or related industries is highly preferred. (For managerial roles, industry experience is required)
· Strong interest in the timber industry and sustainability/environmental initiatives.
· Proven leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
· Familiarity with international trade regulations and sustainability certifications is a plus.
· Willingness to travel internationally.
· Japanese skill is added advantage to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts including Japan HQ

The Development Manager leads the development team to ensure that our developments are completed on time and to the highest standard and quality. In addition, the Development Manager is responsible for assisting with the planning design, concept and execution of any development projects and asset enhancement initiatives for commercial properties. The projects’ span across Singapore, Australia and Japan. In addition, the Development Manager is responsible with his teammates for producing any architectural and technical drawings as required by the sales and marketing team or the Investment team. Finally, the Development Manager will also assist on all asset enhancements and fitouts for all existing and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a full-time member of the development team, you will be working directly with key management on development and investment holding properties in Singapore, Australia and Japan.

·        Lead the planning design, concept and execution of any development projects and asset enhancement initiatives for commercial properties in Singapore, Australia and Japan.

·        Develop and implement project strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.

·        Manage project budget, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

·        Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

·        Oversee the design and development process, including architectural design, engineering and construction activities.

·        Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

·        Manage any relationship with investors, partners and other key stakeholders together with other team members to ensure alignment of interests and expectations.

·        Assist in preparing tender packages, calling for quotations, and maintain project documentations and drawings.

·        Attend consultants, technical and site meetings.

·        Check and coordinate Consultants’ drawings/information and Main Contractor’s shop drawings issued during pre-construction, construction and post-construction.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading institution with the following fields of study: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate

·        Minimum8-10 years of experience preferably with a developer or architectural consultant or contractor with a focus on commercial properties.

·        Proven track record of successfully managing development projects and asset enhancement initiatives in Singapore

·        Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning laws and building codes in Singapore.

·        Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

·        Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

·        Proficiency in project management software, Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS PowerPoint, MS Words, and working knowledge with MS Excel is a plus

What does a (Freelance On-site) Digital Project Manager do at WPP Production? 

You will be expected to lead and manage digital projects for the South East Asian (SEA) market while bringing together a multi-disciplinary team comprising of internal resources and external resources as required. You will also be expected to implement interactive marketing communications that answers the brief within all the necessary specified style and technical guidelines for our Client. You will work closely with Front-End Developers, Production Designers and QA Engineers on a day-to-day basis and will also need to engage with other cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. 

This vacancy is for upcoming short-term projects that will be happening from July - October 2026 and subsequently on freelance basis. Each project is likely to last between 3-5 weeks and would most likely require the team to work full days on-site at the client's office. • Manage interactive project resources and production timelines whilst identifying critical path/dependencies to drive projects forward and ensuring quality execution and implementation.

Overview

Working alongside a Content Studio team, you will execute and create all required localised images featured within our Client's website and other marketing materials. Responsibilities include reviewing content for cultural viability for the South East Asian (SEA) markets.

The Content Project Manager liaises with Cross-Functional teams, the Creative team as well as the usage rights team to collate and keep track of content for any new campaign(s). This freelance assignment will start in July 2026 and you must able to work on-site. 

Responsibilities

• Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery
• Request file building from SEA Content Studio for new images to be created
• Request photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured
• Route loose cross-functional imagery for approval
• Fulfil image requests from various functional teams
• Communicate with other team members on requests, project information and transferring of assets
