• Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

Act as a regional regulatory subject matter resource for internal teams, offering clarity on RA internal processes

Foster effective communication between global, regional, and local regulatory teams.

• Documentation & Systems:

Support local companies and their designated Responsible Persons to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of regulatory records, correspondence, approvals, and commitments within electronic systems.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 3 – 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with regional exposure in APAC.

• Strong understanding of APAC/ASEAN/ICH regulatory frameworks and country-specific regulations.

• Proven ability to independently handle complex regulatory tasks and provide strategic input.

Qualifications

• Experience that counts: 10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
• Strategic mindset: Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles, engage diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Revenue focused: Skilled in prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting, applying a structured yet flexible approach to consistently meet targets.
• Domain knowledge: Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and position software solutions (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms) that drive productivity, engagement, and ROI.
• Strong collaborator: Growth-oriented, with a customer-fi rst mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships that unlock new opportunities.
• Japanese Language Speaking & Writing skill is mandatory
• Cantonese / Mandarin speaking or familiarity of the language is a mandate
• You will be managing the APJ region.
