Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales activities in the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the K-12, higher education, and corporate training sectors.

2. Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead and manage a sales team (up to 10 members), providing daily guidance, performance coaching, and motivation.
• Optimize sales SOPs and operational workflows to improve conversion rates and team efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, especially regarding AI-empowered teaching tools and OMO modes.

3. Key Account Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic partners and key accounts (e.g., major education brands and institutions).
• Deliver customized digital transformation solutions to help clients achieve growth through technology.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the product team to provide feedback for localized product improvements.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development, with a proven track record in the EdTech or SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.

• 8–10 years of experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management. Mandatory exposure to Commodities Trading, Global Supply Chain, or Banking (Commodities desk) is required.
