Role Overview
The Project Manager is the single point of contact for the client and is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of an application maintenance and support contract covering an enterprise Geographical Information System (GIS) platform. This role leads day-to-day service operations, owns the delivery schedule, manages SLA performance, and coordinates the full lifecycle of service requests (SRs), incidents, and change requests.

The Project Manager will maintain the Project Management Plan, chair internal and client governance forums, manage security audit and compliance activities, and ensure timely mobilisation, replacement, and handover of project personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication
• Act as the single, named point of contact between the delivery team and the client's representative for all operational matters.
• Chair weekly client check-ins and monthly service review meetings; minute decisions and follow up on action items.
• Produce and submit a formal monthly progress report covering service level performance, milestones, problems and status, task progress, system availability, response time, batch job health, incident trends, and security and risk status.
• Manage all escalations from the client and ensure prompt, transparent communication during Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents.

Service Level & Performance Management
• Monitor and govern contractual SLAs, including system availability (≥99.5% per calendar month), incident response and resolution times, and application performance targets (e.g. 60-second GIS map and data loading threshold for 90% of cases).
• Maintain an SLA dashboard; identify breach risks early and drive corrective actions with the technical team.
• Own the liquidated-damages exposure view; escalate breach risks to the Project Director proactively.

Service Request & Change Management
• Coordinate the full service request lifecycle from client initiation through assessment, proposal, approval, delivery, testing, and sign-off.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for trading platform initiatives (e.g. new features, regulatory changes, migrations, resiliency improvements), ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage stakeholders across business, vendors, and regulators, translating business and operations requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Drive risk, issue, and change management with a strong focus on production stability, peak market hours readiness, BCP/DR, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure governance and execution rigor, including RAID tracking, executive reporting, milestone reviews, and adherence to SDLC / Agile delivery standards.
• Coordinate releases and dependencies across OMS, market connectivity, risk, middle/back office, and infrastructure teams to avoid trading disruption.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and project touchpoints.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, migration, rollout activities, and post-implementation tracking where applicable.
• Take post-implementation accountability by driving defect resolution, production incident reviews, and continuous improvement of platform delivery and controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in online trading platforms or financial services, covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Job Mandate

The Business Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing projects for Singapore Branch. He/She assists the Commercial Banking Head and Chief Executive inensruing that change projects are delivered according to timeline and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management

· Responsible for a portfolio of process enhancement, product development, or process automation projects

· Prepare a detailed project plan outlining key milestone, workstreams, and activities; manage project delivery according to this plan

· Track project progress and provide regular reports on status to the project team and key stakeholders.

· Manage and adjust for changes in project priority, scope, schedule, and budget.

· Identify, escalate and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

· Oversee communication and relationships with project stakeholders

· Manage internal resources and/or external vendors to ensure successful project completion

· Coordinating diverse teams including internal and third-party members.

· Applies good project management practices such as techniques in resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled

Business Management Support

· Act as contact point person accross all Business Units, especially in terms of business risk and control, operational matters, information dissemination, co-ordination on general queries and escalation, regulatory and compliance matters, and other business initiatives

· Perform Risk Management and Control tasks (e.g. KRI monitoring, incident reporting, audit point closures, RM scorecard monitoring, etc.)

· Support Center Heads with various business Initiatives; represent Front Office in regular process enhancement and new product working groups

· Support Center Heads Monitor Key Performance Indicators.

· Collaborate with MIS and Finance to support Center Heads in monitoring, tracking and analyzing individual and team important metrics.

· Facilitate discussions between RMs/ARMs and support partners in clarification/resolution of business issues (e.g. payment/AML queries).

· Facilitate readiness and participation in business contingency planning (BCP).

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, and transfer pricing.
• Prepare and review annual tax returns in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review monthly tax provisions and tax accounting reports, including deferred tax computations.
• Conduct tax research and identify tax planning and process improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on tax-related queries, audits, and investigations.
• Review tax compliance requirements and implications for business operations.
• Review tax-related clauses in contracts, including project tenders and procurement agreements.
• Monitor updates to tax legislation and regulatory requirements, and support implementation where required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in taxation, customs, and finance.
• Experience in taxation within commercial organisations or professional firms preferred.
• Prior experience in audit firms or tax firms is an advantage.
• Experience in tax consultancy is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Singapore and Indonesia tax regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
